The Darling Harbour Alliance have briefed BLOKE to help drive visitation to Darling Harbour throughout October – December 2015, during a period of construction and intense disruption as it goes through its redevelopment phase. It will be an offer led campaign to let families know that Darling Harbour is open for business.
